Pink Giraffe Art Studio was born in 2017, but the story started long before that. My name is Erica Ferguson, and I’ve been an educator for over 18 years. Teaching has always been my calling, but so has art, in all its many forms. I’ve always believed that creativity and learning go hand in hand, and I wanted to create a space where both could thrive.

The idea for the studio came during a simple paint night I hosted with a colleague for our fellow teachers. What we thought would just be a fun evening turned into something beautiful. We laughed, relaxed, and created together, and I realized how much everyone craves moments of peace and self-expression. That night planted the seed for Pink Giraffe.

Since then, our South Shore studio has become a place where people of all walks of life come together to explore their creativity. We believe there’s an inner artist in everyone, waiting to be nurtured. Our workshops and classes are designed not just to teach technique, but to give people the joy of expression and the freedom to play without stress.

For me, Pink Giraffe is more than a studio—it’s a community, a safe space, and a celebration of creativity in all its forms.
